    ID File

Please advise where the .ID file needs to reside. I have the Pro version, and I put this file and the .DLL in the WINNT\SYSTEM32 directory and when the result set are displayed I get a big banner of "Evaluation Copy".

the system32 directory shoudl be OK.. check with support to match the version of the dll to the id file like _aspdb2003.id and _aspdb2002.id etc.

Frank's exactly right. You may be putting the ID file in the right place, but it might not be an ID file that matches your DLL.

For example, if you use a 2002 ID file on a 2003 DLL it won't work.

Simply email your ID file to support@aspdb.com along with the company name that you're registered under, and the dll version you're using (if not sure, just include that too).

We'll check it all out to make sure you've got a "matched set" and get you fixed right up.

    Thanks,
