Access Snapshot files
Hi there
Is there a way to process data from within a report snapshot, ie get it into Excel or Access so that it can be further processed.

do you not have access to the underlying query of the report ?

Afraid not, it is a protected db and the idea of the snapshot is to prevent this sort of thing, but i cold really do with a hard copy but only a subset of the complete report, not the complete list

are you able to export it to Excel via the button bar or by clicking on Tools>Office Links>Analyze with Excel

no. all i have is a .snp file which as far as i can see i can only open with snapshot viewer which gives me no options to do anything else unfortunately
