Send email with Query

I'm using SQL Server 2000. A long time ago I had found an article or a script to do the following:
1. Someone could send an email to an email account, like sqladmin@ding.com, and in the subject line issue a command like "sql" and then the script )(located in the message) would process the command, like an sql statement and email the result back to the person who sent the email.
I don't think if was Exchange specific, I think it was oriented towards SQL Server..
Does someone know where I could find this?
