HELP! Perflib error....

I am getting the following error message for a W2k server. It has SQL 6.5 installed. Any ideas?

The Collect Procedure for the "Tcpip" service in DLL "C:\WINNT\system32\Perfctrs.dll" generated an exception or returned an invalid status. Performance data returned by counter DLL will be not be returned in Perf Data Block. Exception or status code returned is data DWORD 0.

I also receive this warning...

The configuration information of the performance library "C:\WINNT\system32\w3ctrs.dll" for the "W3SVC" service does not match the trusted performance library information stored in the registry. The functions in this library will not be treated as trusted.

This means the performance monitor can't load the counters. Have you applied the latest service pack on the box.

You can load the counters using LODCTR.EXE program.
