looking for a good data modeling tool

We are looking for a good data modeling tool. Is there anyone using one that they really like?

I am using ER/Studio as well and I like it. There are however some things about it that I don't like, like setting up Referential Integrity, because you have to click on the links (lines) between tables and often there are many and they overlap so it is hard or impossible to click on some of them. Other than that it is a versatile and capable tool.

I like ER/Studio by Embarcadero Technologiess (http://www.embarcadero.com/). It is pricey $2000.
