Log View 1.3 from DSI

Is anybody out there using this program? If so, I need the help files (Logview.hlp). If you could email it to me, I would greatly appreciate it. This seems like a really neat tool, however once I purchased it, I never got the help files. I have been calling and sending them emails for over a week, and I cannot get anyone to respond. Have they gone out of business over the last week?
