Coming from Access, SQL Newbie
I am a network/hardware tech who occasionally needs to design databases. I have always used access because it is what I knew and what I had. Some of the projects I have now are more advanced so I am looking at SQL and trying to figure it out. Here are my questions...
1. Is SQL a more advanced version of Access? Can you make forms, reports, etc? Or is it something totally different?
2. What would you say the #1 thing a person completely new to SQL needs to do to begin to learn it?
Thank you
