Steps to my target... how?

Hello,

I'm totally green and want to realize the following:
- Location database on my website
- Import of an existing database to my homepage server
- Entry form for my users
- Infos should directly be taken from my database and pushed to a static html site

I want to learn it and am looking for some links to start this.

What exactly do I need to realize this asap?

Probably it is a mix from SQL and PHP.
It would be perfect to learn it with this example and to have some links beside where I can read more if I need it.

- Entry form for my users--> You need some front end development tool like visual studio nad choose a language
- Infos should directly be taken from my database and pushed to a static html site --> you need some kind of vb.net and asp.ner for this
