MySQL admin tools ?

I am using MS SQL 2005 and SQL Server Management Studio on Windows XP pro

I need a similar tool for MySQL 5 , which one is the best ?

I can't agree more ... the site my colleague suggests above contains a wealth of MYSql resources ...
