Inserting data into .csv file from oracle table.

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me how to insert data into .csv file from Oracle table.For every insert into table i want to insert/update data into .csv file.I am using Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.1.0.

I apologize if there is some thread with same topic but i tried searching and i did not get any. You can give me link here.
