    Exchange 2007 and sql 2005

    Does anyone know if that when setting up Exchange 2007 which requires 64 bit, does the sql 2005 box that supports this need to be 64 bit? Does it or can it reside on the same box?

    No, as long as sql server can talk to mail server.
