    Oracle Enterprise Manager Console problem

After installing oracle 9i enterprise edition release 2 on windows 2000, i cannot run Oracle Enterprise Manager Console.
There is no error but it cannot start.
Could you give me a help to resolve this?

    Regards.

Look for javaw.exe in Task manager and kill it and try to run again. It's almost always java issue with OEM.

I killed my OEM by ending process jrew.exe. Also, I have a problem with OEM starting occassionally. I have to go into task manager and kill(end) jrew.exe process. There should be only one jrew.exe process running when OEM is running.
    Hope this helps
