Access/Outlook Task synchronization w/ADO

I'm developing a simple multiuser project management system in Access. I have been able to create new Outlook tasks from the Access data, but I'd like to know if there is a way to synchronize the task data between Outlook and Access, so that updates from either side will update both.

If not, is there at least a way to get an ID from the Outlook task, so I could track it from the Access side and make updates to them when a task record is updated in Access?

There are some good articles in Microsoft's KB on doing this. Mainly you need the Outlook 9.0 or 10.0 Object Library. Here are some good Microsoft Articles on this.
