SP4 for SQL Server

Where do I find SP4? I understood it could be found at swynk.com.

Also, I just installed Backoffice with the SQL Server option.
I can log into the SQL server as sa from ISQL but I get a login fails
when I try to register EM. Would SP4 fix this problem, I suspect it to be
a dll problem.
