Hi. I have worked mostly with MySQL but want to learn and investigate a document database for those use cases where relational is not well equipped to deal with. I'm also working with either Rails or Roda as server side frameworks.

MongoDB has been the go-to product regarding document databases but before I deep in, would like to see if there are other alternatives. Which one is good for connecting and getting to edit the data with an ORM or Ruby object?
