Greetings I am new to the forum and hope someone can help me . . . I am starting my own company doing fundraising direct mail and am a one-man show.
I have a company that wants me to convert several Excel files into a database for mailing. There are about 20,000 records.
There will be the usual merges, purges, and de-dupes . . . plus I imagine address clean-up and format correction. I will do the initial clean-up in Excel and then import the records into Access.
Here is my question . . . I am not sure what to charge for this service . . . I believe it has the potential to be a rather time-consuming project . . . what is the "going-rate"?
Any input would be appreciated . . .
