    Sql sos!!!

    Hi, I am really stuck on this SQL statement and I know that it is an easy fix. can someone please help me out? here is the logic: SUM COINSURANCE + DEDUCTIBLE BY PROVIDER ID AND MEDIA TYPE also one portion of the statement requires the last two paid dates (there are thousands). How can I get that information??? Any assistance is greatly appreciated!!!
