Some of the Domain group uses cannot access the Cube

We have added a active directory group as a user to the database. Surprisingly, some of the member of an AD group and can't connect to the database and get error

"Cannot find OLAP cube xxx. either the OLAP database has been changed or you dont have permissions to connect to cube"

But when the Users are manually added to the database, they user can access the server.

We thought It was probably some Kerberos/AD issue. But the Kerberos logs did not show any issue.

We also tried removing and re-adding the AD group to the role, just in case...

Can someone please advice abt the reason why this will happen.

I checked, user x is part of Group G1 and G2 and both groups have membership for the role, is this the reason for the issue? and if so why?

    Then shouldn't be an issue.

    Did You Try ...

Did you try having a Domain Admin remove and re-add the affected members to the AD groups you mention?

Let us know if the issue continues to require resolution ...

Yes we have removed and re-added the users in the Active directory, but still no luck.
Please advice on what can be the issue and how we can solve this?
