    Videos

    Hi,
    I am new to the forums. The videos don't work. Do I need a different player than Windows Media Player?

    I'm not getting an error just a blank screen. I have waited for about 3 min and nothing happens. I am using IE would another browser work?

    Thanks for the feedback. Can you tell me what version of IE you were using and what operating system? I know I'm having trouble with IE and Flash using our video player, but I can't find anyone else having the same problem. Like you, I find that Firefox works just fine.

    I'm using IE7 and Vista Home Premium, Service Pack 1 and the videos are working for me.

    Thumbs up Firefox 3

    ...rocks. If you don't have it, you need it (IMHO). It works for me.
