    Dependable Tables

How do we create a new table/tables depending upon a different table. For eg:- The user creates a list of Items and how does Ms access designs a new table for each items.

Did I Get the Question Right?

Are you looking for a quick way to design / create a database with tables? Have you tried creating the tables in MS Excel and simply importing these into MS Access (a very common topic this week by several students, it seems - perhaps you're in the same class?), which will create the tables for you with "wizard-like" efficiency?

Let us know if this answers the question - I have a little trouble understanding what you want to do ...

    HTH,

Oh, and Did You Mean "Dependent?"

"Dependent" may not be "dependable," and vice versa, but one could certainly see how a developer might like to have both!

    Thanks.

MS-Access doesnt create new tables. everytime when u add a new record it creates a empty record for you to input.
