I hope someone can help. I am looking to export a single record from a form to an excel spreadsheet that is linked to a dozen other books. I want to be able to enter a new record into the database and maybe have an append query send one record to the Access table and the same record to the excel spreadsheet.

Can someone show me step by step how to do this. I do have a nominal understanding on Access 2003.
