Using Server 6.5 ISQL. This occurrs after running a 5 to 10 processes ???

What does your logs say? This can have a number of reasons.

error log:
1st line - EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VILOATION rasied, attempting to create symptom dump.
2nd line - Initializing symptom dump and stack dump facilities.
3rd line - ***BEGIN STACK TRACE***
several lines of jargon follow until ***END STACK TRACE***.

the next line (The SOURCE column then changes from 'spid11' to 'kernal'.)
- The current contents of input buffer.... SELECT INTO etc...
( my select into script where the problem began )

next line - symptom dump created etc..

the entire log for this one process repeats again.
