Yearly consumption report

Hello guys, Im only beginner in MS Access i have exported excel file on MS access ...This report is monthly consumption report.. i have tried it on access on a montly basis, my problem is my boss would like it on a yearly ..
The format i create is like this:

Per stock category
Per Month January
Medcines | Qty IN | Qty OUt | Total(IN-OUT) | Conversion

The format that my boss want is this
Per stock category
| Jan | Feb|.......... Dec | Total | Average mothtly
1.Medicines |16 | 10 | 2 | 28 |
2. Meds. 1

Have you considered the option of leaving it in Excel and creating a PivotTable instead?
