    all values are null

    Hi there, i'm working on my first database linked to a form on a web page using dreamweaver and myphpadmin, ive created the database and connected to it through dreamweaver. The problem i'm having is that when i enter information into my form and click submit, the fields in the record that is then created in the sql database are all null, the info submitted into the form just does'nt show ?

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, ive got this far without any help but now i'm well and truly stuck.

    phpMyAdmin - 2.9.0.2
    Server version: 4.1.21-standard
    MySQL client version: 4.1.10
