Looking for a good book to pick indexes and materialized views

I'm finding that designing indexes and materialized views is harder than I thought. Can anyone recommend a good book for desiging these?

If the book covers range partitioning and RAID that would be a bonus. Thos are fuzzy for me as well.

The topic is RDBMS dependent, since you mentioned materialized views, you may be interested in Oracle.

    These are good books

RAID is not rdbms concept, it's explained in storage.
