Question Table Based User Entry Validation Rule

I have a scheduling database for which I need to limit what the user can enter into a specific field and I do not know any programing languages. Thus, I would like to use a simple validation rule.

My base table is called "MainTable" which has a field titled "Field Staff" which (the "Field Staff" field is linked to the "Field Staff" field in another table titled "Technical Specialist Name Table") is where I need this limitation. I want the user to only be able to enter the data from a drop down box in the forms (the data from the "Field Staff" field in the "Technical Specialist Name Table") which are linked back to the "Field Staff" field in the "MainTable".

What do I need to enter in the validation box to accomplish this?
