    Not authorized (Manager)

    I tried to login to reporting services manager getting page
    //servername/reports, but says not authorized. I can log into my server with sa and my password, but it fails.

    Some problem with IIS6?

    I added a folder of \servername\reports to inetpub, but still fails.

    Does your windows account have permission to access that site? Did you go through reporting services configuration?

    I am using the evaluation version. I am not sure how it needs to be configured. I am not very familiar with IIS6 either.

    I am running as local admin of the server, and can query the server in report designer. It is just going into the manager utility which brings up the web page that shows me not being authorized to access the page.

    I have no problem with server access OLTP or OLAP.

    I am running Windows 2003.
