    DTS - SQl 2005

    i just installed 2005 standard on my desktop and when i open a new project the dts template does not exist--can someone please instruct me on how to find said template? -allen

    i checked every component under the "components to install". however, i did receive notification during the install that i do not have IIS installed on my desktop and the some features/functions would not be available until said service is installed. is ssis and integrated sevice and does it require IIS?

    No, SSIS doesn't need IIS. Where did you open project? SSIS project is in sql server business intelligence development studio.
