Find Similar Records
I'm just beginning to use access - databases aren't really my thing, but I have a question on whether it is possible to do something and if so how...
I have a reasonably large database of 10,000 records or so each with a number of fields. Amongst these records there have arisen a number of duplicates, but not all are exact duplicates (e.g. I might have one thing which exists twice, assigned to two different companies by mistake). Is there a way of setting up a query to go through this and find all these duplicates? Or is it the sort of thing which can only really be done my hand?

If there is a pattern in duplicate records then you can write queries, otherwise you have to clean them one by one.
