    ODBC connection to sql server

    I'm on a laptop with the domain "WA" while I'm trying to do an ODBC connection to a server with the domain "CS". My laptop's connection is thru the same LAN that the server is on.

    With all the login's all setup (both NT authentication and Sql Server login for testing purposes) on the server side, when I try to create ODBC connection, I keep getting the error message server not found or access denied.

    Any help with this problem?

    Give the IP address instead of server name.
