    New to Analysis Services

    will anyone help me as iam new to AS and i created the cube using the sample tutorial.but when i try to browse the cube it is showing an error as "unable to browse the cube,unspecified error'.pls help me thanx in adv

    Did you apply latest analysis service's service pack on both server and client?

    I had the same problem, then problem solved after applying the latest service pack.


    Microsoft Service Packs for SQL:
    http://www.microsoft.com/sql/downloads/2000/sp4.mspx

    Choose Language, then download the
    Analysis Services Components: (Download file: SQL2000.AS-KB884525-SP4-x86.EXE):
