    Problem in INSERT statement on MS-SQL Server

    Hello,
    I am facing problem on MS-SQL Server 2000 on Win2K machine.
    Whenever I try ti run insert statement, I get following error.

    The operation could not be performed because the OLE DB provider 'SQLOLEDB' was unable to begin a distributed transaction.
    [OLE/DB provider returned message: New transaction cannot enlist in the specified transaction coordinator. ]


    Does anyone have an idea why it is occuring so ?
