Using Oracle 9i to connect to SQL Server 2000
Hi,
My question: Is it possible within Oracle 9i, (UNIX OS), to connect to SQL Server. In other words can you query a SQL Server database, then load the results back into the Oracle 9i database? The Oracle Server uses a UNIX OS, and the SQL Server uses Windows 2003 server.
Any thoughts or ideas how to accomplish this task will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Warren

Oracle has a product called Transparent Gateway for SQL Server. You have to install it in your Oracle server.
