    db design

    i'm interested in designing database.So i've read some book.but there are so many theory.
    so my mind so complex.What i mean is i want to learn to design database step by step practically.
    i want to do sample project.how can i do?

    Look at the design of some sample databases like pubs or northwind in sql server that will give you some idea.
