creating a calendar using forms developer

I am trying to create a calender using oracle forms developer8i I looked at the help index and it says:

To create a calendar:
1- From the Components page of the STNDRD20.OLB object library, copy or subclass the Calendar object group...

I didn't understand how to get the object library, where can I find this object? I searched a lot and didn't find any thing that can help me to get the calendar object group.
If any one knows how to do that please explain to me.

Use the attached OLB file to create the Calendar.
