    Developer 2000

    hello
    I tried to install oracle developer 2000 on my laptop, during installation i got an error message ' file _not_found for mapping rdbms80' , How can i solve this? Please send me a solution ASAP.

    install the database software first

    Beside the database software, u might wanna create a database, so Developer can develop something on.

    As i recall correctly.. developer also whishes to create its own objects in a database.

    Or maybe so much simpeler.. u mis typed the db_oracle_home name or location.
