Help!!...How to get a Web Page as a form...

I have a database setup already, but I am trying to get a form off of a web page into the database so that I can have Access automatically populate the fields of the form with records.

Can anyone shed some light on if there is an easy way to do this besides manually recreating the form from scratch in Access?

For instance, can I import an HTML file and convert it into a form, then attach it to a table?

Thanks alot. Actually turns out I could do exactly what I wanted to do right in Access. I just needed to link the fields of a table/query to the web page in access.
