DTS kick all the way out

I have a SQL Server 2000 that is used in a web application. It has IIS5 on it and SQL 2000 SP3. I need to make a change to one of the DTS packages. It needs to remap some of the columns in transformations for an export to a text file. Anytime I click on the "create columns for mapping button, it kicks me completely out of SQL Sever. Tried to create a separate package to complete just this step and same thing happens. Reapplied sp3 , still same results. Tried both SQL , sa and winnt admin accounts, still a problem. Anyone seen this before?

There is a problem in SP3 for DTS. Check this out.
