Hi all

I'm really pressed for time on this so if anyone can help me I would appreciate it hugely.

Environment is...
MSAS 2000
Me with no MDX experience, tons of T-SQL experience.

I have a cube with (some of the) Dimensions as Follows

Products
AllProducts
Category
Family
Group
Product

Customers
AllCustomers
Channel
Customer

I have Sales data at the Product level and Budget data at the Group Level.

To make it more complicated, I also have Budget data at Customer level for some Groups and at the AllCustomers level for other Groups.

I would like to include these as diffrent measures (SalesActual and SalesBudget) in the same Cube (or virtual cube) so that at the Group level we can compare the values, and can go down to the Product level to see the detailed ActualSales.

Please, please help. We have committed to this being done by Monday morning and have been waiting for the Budget data for a while now. When we got it, it wasn't at the detail that had been promised.

I have looked into Parent Child dimensions, Ragged and Unbalanced Hierarchies and Virtual Cubes, but I don't seem to be making any headway.

I can see how this should be quite simple, but just don't know how to do it. If I'm wrong and it isn't simple, we would be quite willing to pay for the time.

Regards
