    Unhappy Truncate Log Backup Failures.

    AS of late whenever night full backup jobs are ran I am receiving the error message below. I know for fact that the Enable Trunc. Log on Chkpt option is disable for the MSDB. But for some reason This continues to happen. And when I go to Check the MSDB database the next morning it has been enable. What could be causing this and how can I fix it. Please I need some assistance.

    B]BACKUP LOG is not allowed while the trunc. log on chkpt. option is enabled. Use BACKUP DATABASE or disable the option using sp_dboption.[/B]

    That sounds fishy. Why don't you run profiler to trace activities on msdb and grab the culprit.
