    Help Needed with a Survey Database

    Hi,

    I need help with the creation of an online survey form.

    I have to use asp due to the college's server limitations.

    Basically, I am trying to create a form that pulls multiple questions and their corresponding answers (can be either radio buttons or dropdown boxes, doesn't really matter) from an access database, then allows the user to submit results back to another table in the database.

    I will be happy to send the access file if anyone needs it.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Do not waste your money on internet surveys scams

    before participating in any stay at home working plan, read about the history of the site.
    If the website require you to give them your bank acount info then you must think again.
    A legitimate working online from home should not request for financial information.
