Problems in ADP saving Import Specification?

I have a front end MS Access 2000 project file that is linked with SQL Server 7. I have ran into a brick wall trying to save an import specification, the "Save As" command button is not enabled using the Import Text Wizard Advanced feature (fixed width selected). I would prefer not to create and colocate a schema.ini file. Is there an option selection that will enable this function? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
