I have created a form using the same settings in the Simple Email Example (Gold, #1). The form looks great, but when I click ‘Send’ on the form, I get the following error:

I have SMTP running on my PC/Server. What am I doing wrong?
I tested the example you indicated and email is sent to my address. Try copy the code and modify to your setup. In some cases, I found that you have to put in the SMTP server name to fill that property.
