Use that file with ASP-db Enterprise or ASP-db 2000. It is used whenever you want to define your own text messages using dbUserLocalText.

Hi,
I would appreciate if anyone could tell me should all use #include aspdb.inc file irrespective of the versions we are using or please tell me who should use it and what it is purpose.
