ActiveX component can't create object

/stage/employeedirectory.asp, line 20

I RECEIVED THE ABOVE ERROR THIS MORNING?
ASPDB HAS ALWAYS WORKED UNTIL THIS MORNING.
I HAVE TRIED TO RE-REGISTER IT USING REGSVR32
BUT I CONTINUE TO GET THE ERROR MESSAGE.
ANY IDEAS HOW TO GET THE SYSTEM TO RECOGNIZE THE .DLL?

Seems there was a mis-comunication and a trusted employee upgraded an application and over wrote the ACTIVEX ADO with an older version. Sorry
if I jumped the gun, but this is the month I go live using ASPDB and my
rear is on the line.
