Howdy,

I found a posting in the ARCHIVES, Subject: IIS Woes (http://www.swynk.com/archive3/81100/8110034630102,asp), which seemed to address my 'inetinfo.exe' running amuck problem. A reponse was posted by Ed Berlot stating that he set his NT4.0 server so "nothing runs locally" and "allocate recources..set for backgound". I was wondering if anyone knows where exactly this is set. Is it in 'My Computer' properties under the 'Performance' tab, by sliding the 'Application Performance' bar to 'None'?

Thanks for any help with this.
