    Timestamp

    Hello Guys,

    I am trying to put a timestamp on records to show when they were last updated. I found an example that showed these lines...

    x.dbEditFlds = "1,2,3,4,5[timestamp(mm/dd/yyyy)]"
    x.dbEditUpdateROFlds = "0,5"

    When I use the timestamp in my page, nothing happens. Was this a later addition to Enterprise or should it work on my earlier version?

    If it is new, am I still eligible for an upgrade?

    Have the manuals ever been sent out?

    Thanks,

    Kim

    Timestamp (reply)

    Kim,

    This feature was added in version 2.19.20.
    According to our records, you have 2.22.08 so you should be OK.
    Be sure that field 5 is your Date field (start counting at zero).
    Maybe you have a typo in your code. Why don't you write a simple 10 line example and email it to us. Do you get an error message?

    For $250 you can get Annual Maintenance ("free" updates for a year).

    We are still getting caught up on the manuals, but we need your shipping address (not a PO BOX). Thanks.

    Mark.
