I copied the code from an example on the enterprize page (APP-1)) and changed it around a bit to work with my database

ie...

the sql code, the connection string, and the dbasetype (to oracle)

however, when i try to update i get the error:

Error # (Edit_Execute_SQL) = 80040E37(-2147217865)
Description = ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
Source = Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Oracle
SQL State =
Native Error = 0

and

Error # (Edit_Execute_SQL) = 80040E37(-2147217865)
Description = Table does not exist.
Source = Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Oracle
SQL State =
Native Error = 0


this is very important to me that i figure this out soon.
I really hope someone can help me out.

use the designer to hook up to Oracle and see the syntax of the generated code...
