    Starting at a given row

    I would like the grid to initially jump to the first row where a column has a certain value. Is this possible?

    Not in the presetn version for sure. In order to perform RS.Find like function, you have to give up a lot of performance. However, there is a startupRow in the next version which is not quite the same.
