Populating HTML Form Select Boxes Within A Table

I'm trying to implement an option into my site that would allow users to pick a product from a select box. I would like to have the select box be populated by ASPdb and contain a null value. Also, I would like to be able to have each select box in its on table cell (there will be several on the page). I'd appreciate anyone's suggestions.
